Lower back pain is incredibly common, some will experience fleeting episodes of pain whilst others live with it daily.
I have created a program of some back pain exercises. These exercises are suitable for the general population -so if your back problems are complex some may not be suitable – if this is the case please ask me for advice before doing the program.
If you do not currently suffer from back pain – these are great preventative exercises to do regularly.
