Sport specific programs

In this section you will find generic sport specific programs – these programs do not take any injury or medical conditions into consideration and the programs take into account the new muscles you will be working in your sport.

Roller Derby – in roller derby as you spend your time in derby stance, your bottom muscles (of which there are 3) work very hard, as well  that you have your hip abductors which essentially take your leg away from your midline and your adductors with bring it back to the midline others lower limb muscles include hamstrings, both calf muscles, and when you are learning the front of your shin. You use your whole core not just the six pack at the front.

I have put together a starters program – get the strengthening happening as well as stretches and releases.
