After more than 20 years in the health and fitness industry, my practice reflects my accumulated experience. It represents my learning and passion for helping people move better and feel stronger.
My philosophy is simple — whatever I do, I give it 120%. That commitment shapes how I practice every day. Over the years, I studied and collaborated with a wide range of health professionals. I’ve developed a holistic and evidence-based approach. This approach focuses on listening to you and understanding your story. It addresses the root cause of your pain or injury — not just the symptoms.
As a dual-qualified Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist, I am dedicated to assisting you. My goal is to help you get back to what you love doing most. Whether that’s running, playing sport, or simply moving through life without pain.
I have a broad background, with special interests in:
- Osteoarthritis – improving functionality and busting myths around it
- Strength through aging — building resilience and independence at any age
- Lower back pain — restoring mobility and function
- Knee pre-habilitation and rehabilitation — supporting recovery before and after surgery
- Exercise for Diabetes (Types 1 & 2) — improving metabolic health through movement
- Reintegration of a scar into skin after knee surgery or hip replacement surgery – to maximise results.
- Workers Compensation, DVA, and NDIS clients — providing evidence-based, goal-oriented care
Every person I see is different, and so is every program I design. My focus is on providing a truly individualised service. This empowers you to take control of your health. It helps you achieve long-term results.
