“I’m a 30-something, very active guy (lots of ocean swimming, cycling, gym, you name it). All I can see is that I highly recommend Sue to anyone that is having some kind of issue – where it is recovering from an injury or a chronic condition. I’d always had the odd bit of trouble with my lower back (disc would flare up once a year) but quite manageable. Over the last 18 months however, I had developed chronic, severe and recurring sciatic nerve pain. It was really debilitating, to the point I sometimes struggled to get dressed in the morning and was generally pretty useless. I had seen a few people and although they were able fix me eventually after 2-3 months of lots of sessions, but then I would fully relapse after 6-8 weeks, and would be back to square one – this happened like clockwork 4 times. I was even starting to evaluate surgery. Then, I found Sue! Sue’s strategy is very focused on the fundamentals, highly personalised, comprehensive and all about empowering you to be able to get yourself into your best possible state, while not being dependent on heaps of physio sessions to get you out of trouble. Don’t get me wrong, when I needed urgent treatment Sue was extremely accommodating and able to get me out of trouble, but one of the things that really puts Sue a level above is her genuine desire to fully understand your condition, and progress. I only went to see Sue 4 times, but she would check in on me via text very regularly, so when I did turn up to see her, she knew exactly what I had been through and where I was at, and had the next phase of my plan well thought out. A few months on I am doing SO WELL! I have absolutely no pain, my core is strong, and I know it was built back up in the way it needed to rebuild, and I can say with 100% confidence I am out of the woods, and feeling amazing. I’m back into all my activities (as well as being able to play with my 4 year old daughter without being nervous and full of hesitation), along with Sue’s program and knowledge she instilled in me to build and maintain a healthy core and practice very manageable stretching habits. Sorry, this is pretty long referral, but Sue is really amazing, and my family and I are so grateful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”.

Hi all, I am a 44 year old male with both ankylosis spondylitis and MS. Out of the house I am wheelchair bound and often find life pretty tough.
I met Sue about a month ago and already I am seeing wonderful benefits to both my physical state and also to my mental health due to Sue’s highly professional, dedicated methodology to rehabilitation. For the first time in 44 years I have joined a gym and can’t wait to get there each day to improve my current situation as best I can given my limitations. This has been largely due to Sue’s amazing attitude, realistic expectations and wonderful personality. One of the great benefits of working with Sue is that my sessions don’t feel clinical but instead feel like I’m working with a friend. I look forward to working with Sue in the future and building on the amazing start to my new life that she has given me.

Sue has been helping my son Jack who is 11 for about 6 months. In particular, Sue has been working with Jack to improve his running and his overall athleticism. In that time, I have seen Jack make fantastic progress and his running style is much more fluid and natural. This has helped Jack’s overall confidence when it comes to participating in school sports such as basketball and soccer. Sue’s program of exercises, which is specific to Jack’s requirements, is targeted and easy to follow. The fact that Jack’s sessions with Sue are gym based is an added bonus from Jack’s perspective as he gets to use lots of grown up equipment.

Sue is amazing. The first person to finally fix my back pain after seeing GPs, four different physiotherapists, two chiropractors, a musculo-skeletal physician and a spinal surgeon.

Sue has a very down to earth, scientific, practical approach and, in my case, a prescribed exercise program and massage have finally allowed me to live without pain. I’ve been able to stop the painkillers and enjoy my children, husband and life again. I am so glad I found Sue and am forever indebted to her! I highly recommend Sue.

I have been undertaking exercise rehab with Sue after my 3rd back operation last year. I used to be in constant pain and only had limited movements. I am now living my life almost pain free due to Sue helping me build strength and using stretches to relieve pain . I can not talk praise Sue highly enough, if it wasn’t for her and her work I would still be miserable. I would recommend Sue to anyone who has an injury , recovering from injury or surgery.
